I applied online. I interviewed at Olly Olly (Phoenix, AZ) in Jan 2026
Interview
I had the initial interview, which was great, informative, and straight to the point. Matt asked about my experience and how I thought that would help in this position. I now have a second interview that I'm looking forward to.

Interview
The recruiter was excellent...the hiring procedure was a little excessive for a job like this. The material and expectations were quite deceptive, resulting in a miscommunication during the interview. If you want to work here, here's a tip: be confident and ambitious, but don't take everything at face value. They're looking for someone who can soak up information like a sponge and can take (constructive) criticism. So the best thing to do is read the material being offered “VERBATIM”! There's no need to attempt to stand out; secure the job first and then add your own flair and skills. Don’t be bummed if you don’t get the job, take it as a blessing. Better offers and definitely better opportunities at another company.
