Interview process is very long - 3 rounds that are spaced out over the course of months. I received other offers (and accepted one) before I completed the interview process at Olshan so there are definitely ways to make the process more efficient

Question 1
Typical law firm questions regarding prior experience
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Olshan Law
Interview
The interview is very lengthy, usually 3 rounds, with a number of partners. While the interview process is draining, you get to learn a lot about the demeanor and style of the partners and it gives you a better sense of the firm. That said, the time it takes to get an offer is so unreasonable long that some candidates get offers from other places or give up and stay at their current firm before they make it to the offer stage. The hiring process is too inefficient to onboard enough new attorneys in a reasonable amount of time.
