The interview process at Omada is very well organized and transparent. I could tell from the initial phone screening that the Recruiting team was kind, empathetic and communicative. As I progressed, this become even more apparent. They were quick to respond to my questions and transparent about the process. I had numerous rounds of interviews including a 1 hour presentation and was provided feedback throughout the entire process. I really enjoyed the access I had to the hiring manager, as this allowed me to figure out if the company and role would be a good fit. Though the process could feel a bit overwhelming at times, I believe it was warranted for the level and role.
