Omeda interview questions

I initially spoke with the VP of HR, and was moved on to a second interview. That interview was with two women within the department, then the VP of Customer Success. I had the exact experience, even worked with many of their clients before at another position. However, I still didn't get an offer. Today they sent me a response stating that there were other candidates with experience that more closely matched. I can't imagine matching closer than actually working with he same clients, doing everything that this potential role required. I'm baffled. Everyone was nice and easy to speak with.

Applied via Glassdoor and received a request for a phone screen interview. Discussion with HR went well with basic questions. HR person set up 1 hour phone interview with CSM team leads. I feel interview went well, it lasted about an hour with team leads providing background on Omeda as well as allowing me time to provide information on my background and career goals. I was told I would here back the following week. After no response, I reached out to HR and the rep told me they are still reviewing clients and I would get a response in a week or two but never got a response.
