Question 1
had you have experience in Gemini line and Rheon line
The front desk people seemed like they hated their job and it was obvious. Long tedious application needed to be filled. Their interviewers were not familiar with resume. The HR person left the interview for a meeting that she had scheduled in the middle of the interview with me and came back in to fill the room with pessimistic questions that seemed more a "why should I not hire you" rather than focusing on sorting the qualities, education and certifications listed. After the interview I was sure I wasted a good day of work on them and that they wasted my time.

Question 1
Typical interview: why the move? Desired pay, experience regarding bakery processes (which was not required as per the post, but they acted as if it was a deal breaker).
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Omni Baking (Vineland, NJ)
Interview
Extensive interview day. The day of the interview, I noticed that multiple candidates were scheduled to interview same day and time for the same position, not very professional. As a result, the environment felt a little competive. There were two separate interview panels. HR does not stay in contact after the interview.
