I interviewed with two members of leadership who both seemed to have the right experience for their roles. They were polite and handled the conversation well, but did not have their cameras on in a virtual interview. The questions were unexpected, mostly related to how I would handle stressful situations involving an angry or impatient person when I was expecting some of the interview to be based on the industry. Overall, it was a fairly easy interview and a positive experience. I have a lot of experience for the position, but I was caught off guard by the questions. I definitely don't consider that a negative; just be ready to discuss yourself on a personal level more than a typical interview with an ISP.
