I went through 2 separate different video interviews with 2 different people (FOD and Hotel Manager) they were friendly. First one was for Assistant Front Office Mgr. (AFOM) and did not get the job and the other interview was for Front Office Supervisor/Room Controller. They were slightly unreluctant to hire me but the hired me.

you get a call from HR and they ask you what days you are available for the interview, then you interview with the HR manager and the manager of the department, if possible that same day you get interview by HR director

Interview
My interview as a front desk agent went smoothly. I never expected to excel as much as I did. I plan on interviewing my associates the same way I was interviewed. They really got to know me and my personality int he interview. It was the most comfortable interview i have ever been in.
