Interview
Very long interview process. 3 interviews about company culture, 2 technical interviews and a final interview with the CEO.
After I received an offer and tried to negotiate a non-compete agreement, the offer was rescinded.
Communication was great, they were very personal. The people are very nice, and the office is very nice! They have skilled engineers on staff. If you want to grow in the field of engineering this place fosters it!

Interview was exclusively behavioral interview questions, creative and imaginative, intended to gauge social fit, communication, and creative thinking capacity. Interview had several people on the company's side of the call.
