On Fullstack Ruby Engineer interview questions

Wasted time. Lack of cooperation, communication, no acceptance criteria defined. Mentioned they wanted to collaborate on the task before the interview, in fact, no collaboration whatsoever. Guys are good at producing boots, not so good at developing IT departments/teams or handling interview process. Well, to each their own.
