I had a hiring manager interview, 2 team member interviews, and a take home assignment. Loved the team and was very excited about the role, but it's been a few weeks now and never heard back. It's disappointing when you put in time and effort (more than just an initial phone screen) and aren't given the courtesy of a rejection.
