Applied through website using CV. The next day, got an email from hiring manager to set up a time for a phone interview.
Phone interview itself was basic screening call - why OnDeck, why are you looking to leave, why are you applying for this role etc. During the call itself, the hiring manager said they want to move to the next stage, which is in on-site interview with CEO and two managers (incl hiring manager)
Onsite interview was an hour - 30m/15m/15m with the most time with the hiring manager. Several 'behavioural' questions, but mostly quite conversational and questions around the market trends and industry knowledge. Would recommend doing research into the company and the market.
Couldnt establish rapport with the other manager, who kept on looking at the time and their phone - felt as if they were not in the 'interview' and not focussed.
Did not hear for three weeks after onsite, to which they said they decided to go with someone else.
