Interview
The interview was a series of 3 zoom calls. The first was a get to know you with the CTO; the second was a technical interview with the CTO and one of the developers I would be working with; and the third was an interview (more of a chat) with the CEO.

Questions were the common: What tools have you used? How comfortable are you using xyz technology?
As for the technical interview, it was an hour interview with the CTO and a developer I would be working closely with. They set up a code sandbox and had me perform certain tasks. They were very open with answering questions and talking through ideas.
Process was efficient, full of a variety of questions, and felt like it encompassed a good range of technical and culture fit questions. I felt the process was professional, respectful, and the interviews were all spaces appropriately with information provided between each step.
