OnSpot Dermatology interview questions

Met with President and Medical Director to go over the business model and answer their questions about my background and experience. They were very interested in my experience in dermatology.

Several phone calls with different members of the company going over specifics (i.e. position, salary, expectations, staffing needs, territory to be covered, growth potential) Asked where and what I was looking for in the future and the direction I wanted to go. Final meeting was in person.
