I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at One Acre Fund (London, England) in Jan 2022
Interview
The interview process was very clear, with each step clearly communicated and scheduled. I was always aware of how long I would need to wait for feedback and for the next step in the process. Only con- it is lengthy and demands taking (unpaid) 3 days off work for the final stage interview.
