The former Managing Director was terrible and very rude. HR handled things well. There was some misinformation about expected salary, namely that most people make quota when in reality very few due.

Interview
I saw a job posting that the were going to hire four web developers. They appeal to potential developers by saying you're going to help end climate change. Coincidentally, they appeal to the sales team with commissions. Anyway, I got an email to schedule a phone interview, but they never called or replied to email. Classy!

Interview
This company is a joke. I had a phone interview and then an in-person interview where I met with the CEO and President. I never heard another word from them afterwards. No email. No phone call. No return of my follow-up inquires. Very unprofessional.
