Typical interview process, you get an email first, then organize a phone interview, then they'll call you back with a job offer. It's a bit of a process but not terrible.

Interview
The interview took only about 15 to 20 minutes. The interviewer was very nice and pleasant to talk to. There were not a lot of unnecessary questions asked. I liked that the interviewer explained what the next steps were in the process if selected.

What is a time when you demonstrated excellent customer service?
Easy straight forward interview. The interview is done over the phone and It lasted about 15 minutes. I was asked only 4 technical questions. The rest of the time, they explain the pay and a little bit of what you will do at the job.
