I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at OneCore Media
Interview
I applied online, there were 2 interviews in the office. People were really nice. Managers asked me questions about my experience mostly and gave me a few tasks to solve. questions were about conversion, design and communication skills (how i would talk to clients, team members, managers and sales people).
What I liked about OneCore is that i did not receive weird questions within the interview process. they do not ask questions like “How many people fit into a London tube train?” or “How many bricks are there in the Empire State Building?”. Everything was related to the job i would be doing and my experience.
Really happy with interview process.

Interview
I applied over LinkedIn. Got a call, attended two interviews and was offered the job. I was fresh out of school. I attended the University of Toronto for Communications & Journalism. I applied for a job with an ethical company. OneCore Media is as transparent as they come, great staff and management.
