I was asked to complete an excel assessment, then a phone interview, then a personality assessment. After that I had 3 zoom interviews with various team members. I was even told by one interviewee that I was their top candidate. Unfortunately, after the third zoom interview I heard nothing back. After reading other interview experiences on here, this seems to be a pattern. I emailed the recruiter and some of my interviewees but had no luck. It’s been over a month and I’ve still heard nothing, not even an auto rejection. Very unprofessional after taking someone through so many rounds. Candidates put in effort during the interview process and deserve at least a short response, especially if they get that far along in the process.
