How has your past experience equipped you for this role?
I was contacted for a screening with a recruiter after applying online. Screening went well and I was scheduled for an interview a week later. I was told then that there was only one interview with the hiring manager. Things seemed very positive during the interview with hm. He gave positive feedback and stated that the recruiter would reach out with next interview steps which would be another interview with another TAM, contradicting the recruiter’s message.
The recruiter never reached back out despite 2 follow-ups.
