I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at OneSupport (San Marcos, TX) in Feb 2011
Interview
First applied online and ended up receiving a call three days later to setup the in-person interview.
Got there and they took me early and started with a wpm test and some basic question why, when. Then asked me personal questions that I guess showed if I was interested in tech. Got good vibes throughout the interview and ended by sending off to do some more online tests and a form for a background check. Everything went smooth and ended up training a week after applying.
