2 phone interview to ask about work experience and advise of job details.Then a video chat conference to ask customer service questions. Then how would you handle an irate customer, examples of how I handle an irate customer.

Interview
It was very easy. I filled out an application and I got a call a few days later, but I missed it. Then I got another call (from TX, answered it and scheduled an interview). Had the interview. It was a 30 minute Google Hangout interview but only lasted 15 minutes. The interviewer was really nice & friendly. He even worked from home. Got acceptance call a few days later. Accepted & started that next Monday.
Call one week. Interview next week. Started the week after. Fastest application process. Could be that they have a high turnover (*shrugs*. Idk) Had I not missed the first call I probably would have interview the first week and started the next.
They asked your basic questions. What are your past job experience, strengths, weaknesses, etc.
