I was given the job and then 2 weeks passes and I dont hear back from them, and when i call in they tell me they went with someone else, that person didnt work out, so they called me back again, tell me i have the job and then they do the same thing again tell me that i will have my paperwork back so i can start working for them and they dont hire me a second time, i call in to see where the paperwork is and they tell me they found another employee.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Online Trading Academy (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2019
Interview
I applied for the position and reached out to the recruiter via LinkedIn. We set up a call. It felt like a very robotic process in which I was just asked questions right away. The interviewer would ask a question, go on mute and then ask the next one. There was no follow up or reaction to the answer. In the end, I was told about the comp structure which is all commission based in which I completely lost interest. Its $3K/ month for the first 3 months after which it is solely commission.
