I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Onset Financial (Draper, UT) in Aug 2025
Interview
After your phone screening they have you waste your time with two members of HR before you can potentially interview with someone in their sales department, The whole vibe is about trying to disqualify people, they never sold me on the company and they lie about the job to get applicants, its not a closing position, you are setting for your manager, its an SDR position. They also put an entire sales team on a pip recently.

Interview
I appreciated the transparency of the recruiter who interviewed me. She lost me at the first sale takes on average of 9 months to close. Combined with a $70k base salary, it wasn't for me. Also, the 100 cold calls per day seemed excessive, especially for the little financial reward to be had.
