The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ontario Health atHome (Toronto, ON)
Interview
The recruiter/screen called. Be aware that the initial screening is at least 30 minutes long. Asks about past experiences including timelines, why you're looking to leave, asks you to rate proficiency in technology. Everything in extreme detail. At the end of the call she booked me in for a 2nd interview with 2 panel members and asked me to complete a typing test and a candidate form.
The panel interview went through several scenario based questions and asked about your experience. About 1 hr long

Interview
Very thorough and easy. The interviewers are very nice and make you feel very comfortable. They are also very flexible with start times. I was interviewed for the July round but was able to start with their September round. Their internal job board is also great, was able to move around the organization when a new opportunity presented.
