The interview process itself was relatively straightforward. I had a phone screen with the recruiter initially, followed by interviews with the coordinator and manager, all of which took place within a couple of days. It's evident that they move swiftly in their hiring process. Initially, there was mention of a possible offer by Friday, but after following up, I received a generic rejection email late Monday.
While the team was pleasant and friendly, I would have appreciated a more personal approach, such as a phone call, especially after completing two rounds of interviews. Overall, I sensed that I might have been overqualified for the position, and the offered pay didn't seem to align with the competitive market rates.
