I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Onward Search in Apr 2022
Interview
I went on a phone interview and 2 or 3 zoom interviews. Everything was going well! I was told on my last interview that the training process is a couple of months but there are always resources available to assist you if need be. However, after my 3rd interview I was told that they are not moving forward with me because I didn't have the experience and they do not have the bandwidth to train me....
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Onward Search (New York, NY) in Oct 2019
Interview
I applied to the position online and was promptly contacted by a recruiter for an initial phone call. The call was informative, transparent, and made me excited to continue the interview process. After another phone interview with the Director of Client Services, I came to the office twice for in-person interviews. The thing that I loved about these conversations was that everyone was singing the same note - it felt clear to me that there was a strong culture, process, and desire for everyone to succeed.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Onward Search (Denver, CO) in Jun 2019
Interview
I had many phone calls with a number of individuals within the organization, it was a wonderful experience where I was made to feel wanted in every single way. They liked my experience and made a tremendous effort to demonstrate that. Rachel was fantastic to work with through the interview process. She very attentive and made sure that all of my questions were answered and that they company was working with my own personal timeline. It was by far the best interview process I have ever been through.
