I recently applied for IT Infrastructure Specialist role which was available at Oodle Finance. I then waited 3 weeks until I was contacted by a recruiter from Oodle Finanace, the recruited and scheduled me in for a telephone interview for different appointment dates at different times. The interview was then confirmed with one of the managers. I think the interview process went well only issue is that the person conducting the interview was in the car while driving to another site location was not really able to take any notes or as well as engaged in the conversation, however not sure what happened during the processed as he said not to worry about going to the next stage and that I would proceed. Little did I know I was not offered for the final face to face interview a week later. I find it very unprofessional with these uncertain promises and nothing should be promised to begin with.
