I recently went through the interview process with OpAD and it was smooth sailing from start to finish. The entire process consisted of four interviews, each providing valuable insights into the company culture, individual roles, and how my potential role would contribute to the overall success of the org. Every interviewer took the time to delve into the specifics of their respective departments and roles within the company - showcasing their passion for the work. The conversations left me with a strong understanding of the company's structure and how each team collaborates to achieve client goals. The questions asked were thought-provoking and designed to assess not only my technical abilities by also my alignment with the company's values and objectives. It was very clear that the team places a strong emphasis on fostering collaboration and creative thinking. Overall, it was a casual and comfortable interview process - no complaints, and as a plus, each interviewer was easy to contact after each call.
