Open Listings interview questions

Applied online and received a response back promptly asking me to schedule a 30 minute interview via their online scheduling tool. Interviewed with the VP of Operations who is a guy in his 20s with one brief job as a Business Analyst under his belt. The interview was rushed and it sounded like he was reading questions from a list. He clearly gave the impression that he does not respect the sales profession or sales professionals. Unfortunately, he doesn't have any experience working or managing a sales team which explains why he doesn't really understand the profession. He told me he would get back to me after talking to his team but as expected from someone inexperienced, I never heard from him again. Not even an email to tell me he's decided to find someone else.
