I applied online. I interviewed at Open Society Foundations (New York, NY)
Interview
Had a total of six interviews beggining with recruitment staff and ending with Program Director. Went through many panels and had to submit written samples of my work. The process was long (three months) and frankly very disorganized; with very little communication between the different interviews.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Open Society Foundations
Interview
It was just one interview. the process was clear. I got a rejection, but I appreciated the respect and support. The questions were clear however, I did not feel that they respond to my questions or provided me with a sense of what they are looking for.

Interview
I had a first contact by the HR, with a written test. Then I had an interview which was half in English and half in Spanish. And I did not get an offer after, but they were kind enough to provide me with constructive feedback.
