Open Society Foundations Program Assistant for Information Program interview questions

This interview was fairly different to any others I have done previously - instead of asking standard questions such as, "tell me about yourself," it started with "what specific programs in the organization are you interested in a part from this one," and "what made you apply for this job." It was also not as structured as I'm used to. As the conversation progressed, I was asked if there was anything on my resume I would like it highlight or speak about -- instead of them asking me specific questions.
