Open Systems interview questions

I had an interview with the hiring manager at Open Systems, which lasted about one hour. The discussion was conducted in English and mainly focused on my background and the details of the position. The conversation itself was smooth and professional, with a standard exchange of questions and answers. However, I did not receive any follow-up or feedback regarding the next steps after the interview, which resulted in an unexpected lack of communication. Overall, while the interview experience itself was positive, the absence of communication afterward left a less favorable impression.
