I submitted an application online and after a few business days was invited for some preliminary testing. The tests were fairly easy and seemed like they just wanted to test for general competency. After the tests I had a short meeting with the CEO who just asked some questions about myself. After that I was invited back for a 2nd interview where I met with the CEO again, and after a short while he introduced me to the US sales team. They asked me some questions about my previous experience and asked"sell me this pen" interview question. After a few days I received an email with an offer letter.
