I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Opencast
Interview
Really look at if you fit the values of OC and not just able to bring a lot of skills and Experiences. When you join you really feel the culture fit they have worked hard to create and maintain.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Around what do you think the main skill is as a BA
I interviewed at Opencast (Leeds, England) in Feb 2026
Interview
2 round interview, screening with recruiter, and then interview with Opencast consultants.
Standard interview format, interest in UI, and consultancy skills, more than traditional BA and delivery.
Based on my experience (and apparently quite a few others, based on reviews!) it doesn't seem like the company typically provides feedback, and readily drops applications, so not entirely transparent process

Question 1
Provide an example of how you worked with a UI team
I applied online. I interviewed at Opencast (Newcastle upon Tyne, England) in Feb 2023
Interview
Fairly standard, not very challenging, felt like the interviewers were doing several of the same type of interviews over and over again - not very unique. Felt like the panel was genuinely interested.
