The interview process was strange as everyone asked the same questions. The recruiter made me feel like I wasn’t good enough to work here and they never had the common decency to email me back. My suggestion would be to get recruiters that care and are not on a power trip. I have heard good things about opendoor and now that I know people that work there, I am so glad I don’t work there. The young people that are in charge are also on power trips. If the CEO knew how people felt, the culture would be different. My understanding is the CEO is a very compassionate man but unfortunately the young people that are running the place are also bringing it down.
