I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Opendoor in Sept 2023
Interview
The interview process involved 4 steps. The first was a quick call with my amazing recruiter Brady to go over my work history, the role, and what I could expect from it. From there, a role play was set up for me to complete with a team lead. Afterwards, I was asked to fill out a written assessment which had me role play answering emails and a few other questions about my work experience. Finally, I had 3 (yes 3!), 30 minute interviews with the management team to find out more about the position and if I would be a good fit for the job.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Opendoor (Phoenix, AZ)
Interview
It was typical interview experience. Screening, 1 on 1 and Panel interview. It consisted of multiple interviewers all on the same session. It was split up into 30 minute sessions for each person so it seemed a bit long. There also was a written portion to submit so that was unexpected.

Interview
Interview was lengthy, multiple parts to it. However, each step was well explained. Tools and resources were given to help prepare for the process. You knew where things were going to head once you were finished with one part of the interview. Everyone was super communicative and super helpful.
