Interview
Hiring manager did a phone screen, exchanged pleasantries and answered 8-12 technical questions. Was called back two days later and asked to come in for a face to face. Met with the IT Director and Sr Sys Admin. Reviewed the scope of the job and discussed how I could be a good fit, talked about pros and cons of the role and how to improve support for the org. Talked salary requirement. Received a call four days after that with a verbal offer, and offer letter.

Interview
Started off by introducing myself. They asked me to talk about myself for about 5 minutes. Then, they asked me company questions and made sure I knew what they were working on. Also, they had 15 minutes saved at the end for me to ask them questions. Then we talked about seeing each other in the future and ended the meeting.
