I applied online. I interviewed at Operose Health in Mar 2023
Interview
Once shortlisted after submitting CV, the HR invited me for an interview. The interview was a virtual on Teams. The interviewer was a senior GP and asked a bunch if questions about the role, future prospects
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Operose Health (London, England) in Sept 2023
Interview
The interviews was conducted via teams and in professional manner (however could do with a bit more of an introduction of the business before attempting to ask interview question outright). The questions were somewhat relevant to the role and mainly focused on soft skills rather than an ability to perform or technical knowledge. With a bit more research on the company after the interview through my research it became apparent Operose health is owned by an American Corporation which specialises in private healthcare. Operose effectively buys out individual GP practises and downsizes the amount of GPs available and replaces them with less paid and qualified practitioners. Operose GP practises are effectively not fit for purposes for any of its patients/visitors and effectively Operose health is taking its initiative of privatising NHS services by doing so milking all the profits whilst deeming the public healthcare unusable. (Operose health is owned by a corporation specialised in private health care in US) This left a bad taste in my mouth and would effectively decline the oppurtunity.

Question 1
How would you act if you would not be able to fulfil a contract because you need some information from someone but they are too busy to give it
Had an informal chat about the position with the recruiter, interview was scheduled shortly afterwards with two staff members and then a follow up call the following day with head of department.
