The interview process I experienced was a bit unconventional and appeared to be somewhat disorganized, likely due to the hiring team being relatively new within the company. Initially, I had expected a structured process, but it seemed the team was still working to establish best practices.
During the interview, communication was a challenge; even the CEO struggled to express ideas clearly, which added to the overall confusion. Additionally, there were technical difficulties, such as the aptitude test links not functioning, which disrupted the flow of the interview.
Ultimately, I was offered a role under the condition of a six-month internship without a stipend, and with no guarantee of a full-time position afterward. While I appreciated the offer, I found it challenging to commit to such terms, given the uncertainty and the lack of immediate benefits.
In reflection, this experience highlighted the importance of clarity and structure in the hiring process, both for candidates and for the organization itself. It reinforced my belief in seeking opportunities where there is a clear path for professional growth and a supportive environment.
