I had an offsite interview at first, and then was invited to interview at their facility. Most of the day was spent talking to other engineers about their work at the company, but a few interview sessions were more focused on my technical ability and involved answering more challenging questions.

I initially had a phone interview and was invited for an onsite interview. I spoke to many people throughout a day long interview and toured the facility. They also provided lunch which gave me an opportunity to engage with the team in a less formal setting.
