I met with a recruiter first, then a manager of customer success, and an Account Executive. I also interviewed with the Director of CS. Everything was done over Zoom. There are many product teams which is good to keep the CSMs and more experts in their product so they may try to see where you fit best.

The interview process was by far one of the best processes I have experienced thus far in my career. The next steps were clearly communicated and the process was fast (4-5 weeks). While I found the interview questions more on the difficult side, I appreciated the thoughtfulness of each question and felt like they were doing their due diligence to find the right employee.

An altogether unfortunate interview experience -- it can't even be called a "process" because it seems there wasn't one. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist stood me up not once but twice for the initial screening call, and then to reschedule, only offered times outside of normal working hours; I had to request additional times within the 8-5 range. Additional interviews seemed particularly focused solely on experience around renewals, without much interest for creativity, innovation, or leadership experience. I still haven't heard back from anyone after the last two interviews; it has been two months.
