Optimum Info interview questions

I interviewed in Aug 2025, there are 2 rounds, 1st one with HR Director and 2nd with 2 department personnel. At first, the HR contacted and moved forward to the 2nd round very quickly, but then there were no responses for 2 weeks. I followed up 2 times, ghosted and finally got a rejection mail. The overall experience was good until I got ghosted, no notices, no emails which I find this very unprofessional.
