I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at OptionMetrics (New York, NY) in Jan 2022
Interview
Do not waste your time interviewing here. First, it took more than one month to get the interview. The worse thing was the interviewer had no Idea whatsoever what to ask during the interview, Meaning very basic knowledge on role itself, Very unprofessional interviewer. She kept on complaining about her work during the interview that was terrible. I wish them good luck!
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at OptionMetrics (Raleigh, NC) in Oct 2021
Interview
Call from recruiter, then call with HR, then Hackerrank test, then meeting through zoom with behavioral and a leetcode problem. Supposedly the next step would have been a call with the CEO or something but I didn't get that far. The process was long and I didn't hear back for a while after they decided not to continue with my application. I would have preferred some transparency rather than letting me wait around for a response.
