Options Behavioral Health System MHT interview questions

I was contacted via phone by the company after submitting an online resume and was invited for an interview. The initial interview date ended up not working out for the interviewer but was rescheduled. I had a 1:1 interview with the Director of my department which went very well, as they were friendly and honest, and didn't pull and punches when describing the position available. We scheduled an interview with the HR manager to set up drug and background screenings. The HR manager seemed (and still seems) to be on a bit of a power trip but was cordial enough and we got through all the paperwork in an hour or two.
