HR recruiters are very friendly. Not intimidating at all, make you feel very comfortable and at ease. Questions are based on real life experiences/occurrences, really challenge you to question how you would respond.

met with HR first. then was called in to meet with program supervisor and manager in my office. Next I was called in to meet with the program Director, who went to get HR Director at end of interview and I was offered the job on the spot.
