The interview process was great. After my initial application was screened, I moved on to the second step which was a digital interview. The digital interview consists of answering questions on video, which are recorded and then reviewed by the hiring team, which decides if the candidate should move forward in the process. I'll be honest that this step was a little daunting but I also thought it was really cool and different - the hiring team still gets to see a personal side of the candidates but contained in a controlled video environment. After that, I moved on to phone interviews with my hiring manager and other members of the team. Because I would be working in a different office than all of them, all of my interviews were over the phone.
