      Interview

      I went through two rounds of interview, one was technical with two people from US, the feedback was good as informed by the HR (infotree services). Second round was with Optiv India VP, it went good. HR shared a positive feedback and informed that I am selected and Optiv will release an offer soon. After some days HR mailed saying Client kept my profile in hold and now it's a reject. Not sure what she meant by "Optiv will release an offer soon".

      I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Optiv (Indi, Karnataka) in Mar 2023

      Interview

      There were 5 interview rounds in total which went for 2 months, considering single interview in single week which may sometime get cancelled and will be provided with another slot that may conduct in another next week.(because your notice period is longer) After all, the HR will not come to you with the offer what was discussed and will be rude with that this is final they can offer "lena hai to lo else we have so many candidates" Basically they will get you involved throughout the process and will offer you something at the end when you approach your last working day of your previous employer. In this time they do screening with many more candidates and keep them on wait with any reason, this i got to know because from my team 3 persons screened with optiv. STRONG SUGGESTION-join only if you dont have anything to join, even if they offer you more.
