The interviewer was super transactional. Not a great vibe from the first phone interview. It felt like they were just going through a list of questions and did not care to get to know me at all.

Interview
Process took a few weeks with multiple interviews. I spoke with 2 recruiters at separate times and then had to do a HW to look for 5 SW engs with very little info (no JD or nothing) and rudimentary instructions and then had another interview with 2 of their recruiter leads (together) to go over my selections. Guess they didn't like my diverse selection. BTW, the entire recruiting team has absolutely zero diversity asides from majority of the recruiters are women, other than that it's as white as white bread.
