Endless online tests with different shapes and forms, they send you links that you complete and you get automatic feedback, no human interaction and no intention to provide feedback which would be useful
I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Optiver (Amsterdam) in May 2024
Interview
Pre-Interview Assessment. It's a relatively easy assessment, but they test you on the speed. There are different type's of tests, e.g. reaction testing, complete the sequence, and so on. Thing is that they start very easy but get harder as you move along. The goal is to complete as much of these "mini tests" in a given timeframe.

Question 1
Complete the sequence. Instead of a sequence like 0,1,1,2,3,5,... it are fractions, so you actually have to complete 2 sequences for every single one.
Many rounds, including online games, mental math, HR round, and a technical round. Fumbled that one, as unexpected questions regarding options was asked. However, procedure was very smooth and all rounds were completed within 2
a few weeks or so
