I have never felt the need to do one of these before but this was a very strange interview process and I feel I should share to help others. This industry is full of sharks and you need to be careful. Hope it helps.
The IR woman was nice enough, although it was clear she wasn't selling something she believed in. By the time I had an interview she had left, which made me do more research and it turns out a LOT of people have left.
The director who interviewed me also seemed like they had lost interest. But the most surprising thing was how they approach clients. The top performers send out "thousands" of CV's a week apparently. And that is expected of anyone new. They also boast about having 50% margins on contractors.
I asked around and the reputation is pretty bad with clients. I declined another interview. Good luck
